I am from Dutch decent and my parents stayed there some 20 years ago.They both died recently and I visited Holland for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with what I encountered at your Hotel. A home from home making it my best European visit ever

Breakfast room and location on Dam platz
I disliked:
Not able to get a drink in hotel bar after 11pm. Not able to get a coffee at 9pm from the restuarant and bring it to the foyer like you can do at other 5 star hotels. Staff not as friendly as expected

Good facilities offered: business centre, toiletries available in the bathroom. Large bedrooms, exceptional service. Very child-friendly
